I am here to walk alongside you as we explore your inner world, and open up to a sense of belonging. Through mindfulness based practices, meditation, insight and providing a safe space to show up exactly as you are, we will begin to cultivate and integrate useful tools for emotional regulation.
I assist children, adolescents, and adults in managing life transitions, stress, anxiety and depression from an atmosphere of curiosity and compassion.
I guide parents in finding a deeper understanding of their child’s behavior - allowing the parent to truly “see” their child while helping them cope with big feelings.
